No option to take fertility test & no kaya period tracker app

A few days ago I downloaded the Wicked Whims mod. Everything was working perfectly until today. Suddenly my Sim won’t get their menstrual cycle anymore and I also don’t have the possibility to do a fertility test on the toilet or to use the period tracking app on the phone. Everything else is still working just this part. As far as I know all the settings are set correct.

I also tried to delete and redownload the Wicked Wims mod but this didn’t fix the issue. Is there someone who had this issue before and found a way to fix it? Thank you in advance !
