6hrs later so you probably know it already but just in case you don't, there's a certain combination of variants that you have to have for it to appear when using the Ctrl H toggle (if I'm not mistaken). The combination is the semi nude so pants with the ass showing and the torso showing as well. Have those variants and you'd get the all black outfit with a darker skin and elf ears.

It is high, I tried low and didn't worked. No idea what's wrong with the mod.

Edit: I must be really close to see it, that's not normal right? if I move it disappears. Still no Anby with her legs up.
