Passwords on Arcalive have been rather tough recently - can anyone figure this one out?

This was the included hint. Typing this into a korean keyboard vertically i got "국룰수누맞국룰내두맞" = "National rules are right, national rules are also right" which is the most nothingburger of a hint ever

gayshinGAYSHIN, the right one's format was very close to "대문자" which is the capital rule, so the rule reading would have been "national rule, national rule capital"

All done! I’ve checked and there shouldn’t be any issues—at least I didn’t run into any. Let me know if you find any problems.

All three are on the Discord server. I can send you the archives, but they're all broken long ago. And as far as I know, the author hasn't adapted them for newer versions of the game, and I haven't been able to find working versions of them elsewhere.

Had the Qingqi mod a couple of weeks ago.
It would constantly flicker on and off depending on how you view the radio on the table, since that is the model that has been modified to add her.

"Not merged. You need to pick one folder"

This means there'll be folders 1-6 inside the package. Ignore the 5 folders you don't want and only put one in your mod folder.

EDIT: And as Cloud2810 said, remove UID!!!
