It's not broken, you've just loaded the mod while already looking at the character. Load into somewhere else or change characters and it'll be fine.

it's been a long time since the last time i visited this forum, checking 178 pages is so tiring, but hey at least i found some interesting mods, but it's broken...
idk if someone already posted the fixed version or not but here you go (i change the animation speed to 60 for smoother animation, change it to 30 if you want the original speed)

 

i can't fix HIA Yanagi tho, since there's no diffuse hash in the .ini file, but it only broke at afternoon and midnight (at least for me)

I went ahead and optimized your mod by removing redundant textures and updating the ini to make it easier to DL. Tested on my end, let me know if it works for you.
