Well bro you have to enter the Waifu shop mod folder Then after go to the Counters folder and open it, inside you have to look for the file with the .ini extension and change the name by putting the word DISABLED before whatever the .ini file name is, then after pressing F10 in-game the mod will be deactivated and no longer show in this case we DISABLED the Counter.ini inside the Waifu shop mod because it will be a duplicated of the updated version of the Animated counter mod 3

You need to add these lines in the ZZMI>Core>ZZMI>Main file under [CommandListSkin] and it worked although it did slightly break some of my other mods so I'm not sure this is the best option. Also it got the Waifu sex shop mod working too. 1

If you're only interested in the HIA TVs. Here is the file.
