...0... Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 For those still not have made the switch and love for example the start menu sinds win95 will be pleased to hear MS listend to all the critics and will fully restore classic windows desktop with STARTMENU. No more going to metro you can use all apps just in your classic desktop settings. http://www.guru3d.com/news_story/full_start_menu_with_windows_8_2.html http://www.geek.com/microsoft/start-menu-to-return-in-windows-8-2-codenamed-threshold-1579294/ When 8.2 comes dunno i hope fast.
EternalDamned Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 Great news! Now I can update from Vista in a few months.
Slammer64 Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 The 8.2 update isn't expected until 2015.
Veta Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 Very smart microsoft , first let us get used to the new interface and then turn it back to the old one again .
...0... Posted December 11, 2013 Author Posted December 11, 2013 Very smart microsoft , first let us get used to the new interface and then turn it back to the old one again . Its an option for all who don't like new metro look, you can still choose the new if you want or old classic. Seems always smart having more choices to choose from right?

LordBolton Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 I'm wondering how the games run on the Windows 8, Is it better stability?
Arizona_Steve Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 Very smart microsoft , first let us get used to the new interface and then turn it back to the old one again . Shouldn't be a problem. Most of us have stuck with Windows 7. I won't be upgrading before Windows 9.
sora3 Posted December 18, 2013 Posted December 18, 2013 I'm wondering how the games run on the Windows 8, Is it better stability? Anything recent in the past few years will be fine. I'm using Windows 8.1 for my gaming rig. And don't let the naysayers say otherwise...
