we need people that know how to reverse engineer game engines so we can get file names and updating the g1m and g1t tools

With AI, that kind of thing might be more likely to happen now than before, since it can lower development costs and speed up content creation. But if the game doesn’t have solid core mechanics, I don’t think it will hold people’s interest for long. Visuals and presentation can attract attention at first, but they don’t create long-term engagement on their own.

To be honest, this game isn’t very strong where it matters most. The character designs look great and the animations are impressive, but the gameplay itself feels shallow and underdeveloped. It lacks depth, meaningful progression, and systems that reward skill or strategy. After the initial novelty wears off, there isn’t much that keeps you coming back. Without a compelling gameplay loop, even high production values won’t be enough to sustain a player base.

@joethebeast I personally think that the game actual has fun gameplay. Well, if you enjoy taking photos that is. Because the option for time stop any time during animations, combined with these graphics, is pretty amazing. When using the nude mod, these models are some of the most impressive ones around. Even though a complete free roam option would be even better than these prescripted scenes.

Edited: fixed by starting a new game, is that mandatory? Cause after clearing first chapter I have everything in my other save too. Thx

Better late than never. For those who still can't unlock all the costumes correctly - you really need to start a new game.

Before starting a new game, you need to pre-set all the values in the addresses and activate them, BUT! Except for "Total Fans" - leave its value at 0 and do not activate it until you finish the first chapter and the fan count is calculated. Once the number of fans from the first chapter is shown in the game, the same number should appear in the CT. Manually change this value to a higher number so you can unlock all the costumes, and only after that, activate that specific address.

This was the only approach that truly worked for me to get the fan value and unlock my costumes. I hope this method will help others in the future.

I colored nanami's shirt entirely pink, but that tie did not get colored for some weird reason, while it is supposed to be on the texture map. Modding Prism is a true struggle.

I use this mod, but how should I remove the necklace, earrings, and bracelet?

If there's anyone serious about modding this game that's perusing this thread - send me a private message or reply to this post if you have expertise on the backwards engineering methods that were used to mod DOAXVV and if you'd like to collaborate with someone to mod the Prism engine.

I've been building DOAXVV mods on my own for years now and know how this is done with that engine + 3dmigoto. I do not believe 3dmigoto will work with Prism though.
I'm willing to assist in anyway possible on the efforts to make this game as mod-friendly as XVV. Thank you

Why can't we use 3DMigoto to make mods for PRISM like we do for DOAXVV?

Is it because the game is DX12-only?

Hi, This is my first time posting on this site but I wanted to share my 100% complete save file with everyone.  I did use Fenix71's save file as a base and then went through the campaign to unlock the remaining scenarios. I also used Ie0da's Cheat Engine Method to get max fans for all the girls. I hope this helps everyone.

NOT WORK

I don't know who this will help, I'm late to the discussion, but anyway, I've figured out why the save files for this game aren't working, and it's because each save file is linked to a UserID that changes with each user.

Okay, in this case, the UserID is: 4660

To use the save file, you have to modify the UserID located in the steam_emu.ini file. It should appear as UserID, or SteamID, or something similar.

Once the .ini file has been modified, go to the save folders located in Documents\KoeiTecmo\Venus Vacation PRISM - DEAD OR ALIVE Xtreme -\Savedata\

There, instead of placing the changes in your existing save files, create a new folder with the ID of the save file you want to install. For example, for DOA Nephilim saves, they would be located in Documents\KoeiTecmo\Venus Vacation PRISM - DEAD OR ALIVE Xtreme -\Savedata\4660\

Place the contents of both folders into this new folder. This will create a two-folder structure within the 4660 save folder: one named SAVEDATA02 and the other SYSTEMSAVEDATA00.

Finally, if you want to share your save files, you will need to share the entire folder associated with your UserID. For example, DOA Nephilim should have shared the "4660" folder containing the save files. If you don't want to share all your save files, They only need to leave the "SYSTEMSAVEDATA" folder and the save slot they want to share. For example, "SAVEDATA00" contains the autosave, and the "SAVEDATA01" folder contains the first manual save slot. Anyone who wants to use the save file will only need to modify their steam_emu.ini file with the corresponding UserID.

PS: If for some reason and bad luck you get a save file without knowing the UserID, download HxD, open the program and drag and drop the "SAVEDATA.BIN" file from the "SYSTEMSAVEDATA" folder (because it's the smallest one) and on the second line of hexadecimal code select with the mouse the first 4 pairs of digits, from 00 to 03, in the "data inspector" tab look for the line "UInt32" or "Int32" and the 4 digits that appear there are the ID of that game, with those 4 digits you can perform the rest of the method I share with you.
