But when my character starts the action i.e. starts having sex, with a girl. My character's penis is not visible...it looks like he has a palate instead of a penis. This is often the result of using an old version of Bodytalk or no version at all.

Download the latest version of bodytalk to manage the mens part of the animations.

That's the problem, when I downloaded the basic programs I didn't get anything, nor any link. I only got the “CBBE for girls” but for boys nothing, I looked for other mods to change the texture and nothing.

The link is there on the Guide page, step #8.  I tested it myself just now and the link works.

 

Alternatively go to Nexus and search for "Body Talk" directly.

 

 

The Guide is good.  Just make sure you take your time and don't miss any steps.  Also, don't try to install everything in the Guide all at once - install a few mods and try to start your game to test.
