J Bo Walker is the resident neighborhood dealer, who can get anything.  If you need or want it, J Bo can get it for you.  Very charismatic, J Bo has not met a person he doesn't like, and has a pretty good reputation around town.  Women love him, and men want to be him.  His weekend parties are the stuff of legend.

Just a headsup, you have "randy_skinny_dip.package" in your pt1 7z file. This mod is known to break the events in the game. You won't be able to create events using the calendar.
