VAAlucard Posted September 27, 2024 Posted September 27, 2024 Does anyone know if it would be possible to create a mod where your pawn can be captured/enslaved by another colony without resulting in the potential collapse of your colony, while also allowing you to view/visit the colony that captured your pawn? I know of one on steam workshop that may make it possible to raid a "prisoner camp" to rescue your colonist, but I'm not sure on how updated it is. I play with custom mods that introduce races like orcs and the such and would think it a neat concept that a pawn may be captured and hauled off to another colony to act as a slave or breeding stock, leading to being able to launch a raid caravan in an attempt to rescue the captured pawn(s) and freeing pawns from other colonies leading to a slight gain in Goodwill with their faction. 2

I saw lots of idea posts, but most of them won't have a chance to be implemented because of the extreme shortage of man-power. You have to have so much will power and time to be a modder..... Amilyn Posted September 30, 2024 Posted September 30, 2024 It would be awesome to have a mod like this, yes. But there are none that I know of myself. Combine this plus what Hamez said and it would be pretty much a really useful mod for certain scenarios and story telling
