Strapons are not showing as default in sim 4

How can I get my downloaded strapons to be applied under the strapon section in WW?  It doesn't show them there although my sim has the strapons available as underwear in cas.

Just to be clear: Do the strapons you downloaded show up in the strapon selection (found by clicking on Sim > Wicked > Anatomy & Clothing)?

If they don't, chances are what you downloaded is just a bunch of CAS items (or they're very old and no longer WW-compatible). In that case, you would have to create the tuning that adds them to the WW selection yourself (but there's a step-by-step guide including templates for that: https://turbodriver.itch.io/wickedwhims/devlog/137359/support-for-custom-cas-parts).
