Anyone got experience with Buxom Wench Yuriana mod?

So I understand there is a big questline involving a few NPCs. This is started by saving Yuriana. My question however, is what purpose are these captured wenches in pretty much every single dungeon? In every dungeon there are named NPCs (so they are unique) and they are all tied up to various Zaz devices. When I interact with them, there is an option to free them. But there is also an option to claim them:

"You are mine now slave."

However, this option doesn't appear to do anything. Its guaranteed to fail. The NPCs all say the same line:

"What? No... I'm not a slave..."

So the only thing that can be done is rescue them. Where do they go afterwards? Why can't I capture them for myself? Does it require progressing the main story with Yuriana further? And if thats the case, why put these NPCs in early game dungeons like Embershard Mine, if you cant subjugate them from the beginning?

Do all these named NPCs actually have relevance to any of the main quests involving Yuriana? Or are they just slightly more "unique" non-unique NPCs like an average female bandit? For the sole purpose of roleplay/Gacha.

Would there be harm in capturing them with another mod (PAHE or Diary Of Mine for example)?

1. Where do rescued named NPCs go?

2. How do I subjugate them. Is it even possible?

3. Can these named NPCs be cloned/enslaved/killed with no consequences with other mods? Are they in anyway important?

4. Why even have the option to attempt subjugation if its 100% impossible early on. I can rescue them, but why "tease" the person using the mod with an alternative scenario that is seemingly impossible?

The unique wenches are part of Yuriana's quest line, each of which can become followers after their part of the story is done (if they do not become a temporary follower during their part of the story).

Does that apply to the hundreds of unique named NPCs locked up in every single dungeons? Every dungeon has 3-10 of them. They are all named. They can all be rescued.

For example in White River Watch near Whiterun, the cave has 3-6 of these named slaves. Only one of them (Jenanne) has any special dialogue/quests involved when rescuing her.

I am referring to the ones that seemingly have no important quests. You just talk to them and are given 2 options, to rescue or to attempt to claim them. The claiming doesn't ever succeed.

The mod is yet to be finished so even some of the wenches who do not have dialogue yet (or do not have more than a few lines during a specific part of a quest) are intended to be important. It is doubtful that anything would break if anything unfortunate happened to any of the wenches who do not feature on a poster, though.

It sounds like you have other mods that enslave female npc's and place them in random caves, dungeons, or forts. Something like iMaidens or Damsels In Distress or Captive Followers.

That would complicate things quite a bit. I would not be surprised if BWY ceased to be updated on the Nexus as a result of too many false bug reports related to mods which add similar content (some of which were directly inspired by BWY).

A lot of the captive slaves that you free are not available to be captured as slaves, those I just free and they give you a small reward. There are 6 special cases, I think, that require you to find a special enemy that has their slave collar. Defeat that enemy and have that collar in your inventory when talking to the special captive. You will have to claim them as slaves and then new dialogue options open that allow you to have them as followers. These followers can provide special buffs and healing during fights, which are changeable via MCM, I believe. The main quest with Yuriana is complete with an ending cutscene (it doesn't answer all the questions from the quests and heavily implies there will be more added or another mod, but be aware that persistent debuffs are applied to the PC which can only be disabled via console commands. You'll have to find these commands in the post section on the mod page.

These are most definitely Yuriana captured wenches. Says so in console. I am using Yuriana version from Patreon which is the latest update. I believe its more recent than Nexusmods one, but these NPCs I am referring to have been in this mod for as long as I remember.

This is more like what I am talking about.

I know about the special NPCs you're supposed to find and "enslave". They have voice acting and are clearly more crafted with care. In an example I used above, Jeanne is one of these special ones from White River Watch.

But these "lesser" slaves, that seemingly have no purpose other than to be freed. These are what I am confused by:

1. Where do they go when you rescue them?

2. Why is there a dialogue option to "enslave" them, if the result is always a failure?

2b. Maybe its actually possible to enslave these ones too? But I am either missing something from a quest, or my game is bugged?

3. Do they provide no interactions with the main quest involving Yuriana and or the "special" enslaved girls (eg Jeanne)? Is it safe to enslave them with PAHE/DoM and not worry about that biting me in the ass down the line when "it just so happens that slave#4535 happens to be required for some quest way down the line?"

I have played through the main quest once in a previous playthrough, but never did anything with the "lesser" slaves, just freed them. I hard ran the main quest as the story actually drew my interest (and just a FYI, some of the later missions will have some large mob attack missions that will definitely test your build). I have never played with PAHE/DoM mods, so do not know if that will work or not.

I think the mod author had further plans to expand some of the minor aspects of the game, like with the "lesser" slaves, but never got around to it.

Yuriana discord regular here, you're obviously on the beta as the named wenches in the mod wouldnt have those options.  So, to explain those wenches are from the Immersive wenches beta mod that you have as its now a requirement for the yuriana beta.  When freed they will return to their home inn, quite a few in embershard return to riverwood sleeping giant.  The way to claim them is to pick up a lustful calm scroll and training whip (magicka) from the bandits around them, then use the scroll on them, then whip them with the magicka whip a few times (scroll lasts 60 seconds so if you dont do enough, you got time), then do the youre mine dialogue.  Now, if you want to set their home via my home is your home, you have to go to their slave dialogue and choose the one that says set as teammate.  other than that, feel free to ask questions over at the discord we are always helping folks (only way you could have gotten the beta was from discord or patreon).

Koz intends to spread them out instead of piling them into a few dungeons in the next update, but the point of it is to sell the story world of wenches being captured

The mod has been updated from the nexus version for almost a year and a half now (on discord and patreon for freeP, its not been updated on nexus yet as its still in beta.  Immersive Wenches Beta is also new over the patreon and discord and can function by itself (it will put wenches into taverns as normal), but is now a requirement for the new Yuriana beta (IW are removed from taverns and captured by bandits).  The whole start of the mod has changed since the nexus version and a lot of stuff (new side quests, or expanded on old ones) have been added, we are expecting a major update by the end of the year.  I know im sounding like im a paid advertiser at this point lol, but we have a good community and im always gonna promote it.  https://discord.com/channels/423687815545749505/791177209850757161
