It has an actual penis attached to the player, and it's all script based. You'd still need to find seperate mods for nudity though, but I'll go ahead and link all of the available Nude Addon-Peds (That I could find anyway) and the mod itself. NOTE 1: There are many videos on YouTube that will teach you how to mod GTA 5. With that being said, do not try to ask me how to install things. I do not have the time nor the ability to guide people with this sort of thing. I will link some helpful videos about modding GTA 5 (And leave a TIP or two), but that's all I can do. Also, it is reccommended you keep an unmodded version of GTA 5 at all times. It'll take up alot of space, but if something fucks up your game you don't have to re-install GTA 5. It is also reccommended that you use Open IV's mod folder so you can't fuck up your game in the first place. That's all, onto the good part! RoseCreationsTV has some really good looking stuff, but from the comments you'd have to put some time into figuring out the setup. Nvinha's mods seem less complicated, and they also are higher quality than most. There are more, but those two are the only ones I know of with Jiggle Physics. UPDATE: RoseCreationsTV's Kinky Bodies was actually simpler than I thought, and it's really fucking good. It includes nude, ERECT male lower bodies (Use Menyoo or a different trainer to select it) that when used with a hot coffee mod works out pretty damned well. Useful when you can't/don't wanna use the dong mod since it'll look like your character is actually fucking. The primary funciton is pissing (And some funny attack moves with the penis), but hotcoffee IS an included feature. Only usable with Nightly Scripthook, so please keep that in mind. If you're using a non-nightly scripthook build use an older Hot Cofee for that build. (Some Hot Cofees don't work on Nightly). Video Demo: (Not Mine, from modpage. It's mainly a pissing/cum attack demo because it's on YT, but there is a little demo of the hotcoffee feature at the end. Watch the video anyways, it's funny!) Other Updated HotCoffee Mods (And 2 mods for people who want to roleplay as a hooker/stripper): There are a few other mods with an integrated hotcoffee system, and I'll link those too (They don't have the schlong though). https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/hot-coffe-2023 (Updated version of the original hotcoffee, users report that some parts of the mod have text in spanish only, but shouldn't be a big issue) Forever Together (Romantic and Hot Coffee Update) Companion mod that has a fleshed out romance/friendship/buddy system. This is a more natural apporach to the hotcoffee system, you have to build up the relationship with your companion first before you can get sexual. Not sure if this is still working, but the mod author is active and claims that it is. The free version has slightly less features than the patreon version, so keep that in mind. Hazelnut Coffee Adds a pretty fleshed out prostitution job. Obviously you need a trainer to change your player model into a nude character, but should work fine according to comments. Vanilla Coffee Same author as Hazelnut coffee, but this one's a fleshed out stripper job. Same thing as before, use a trainer to change into a nude female character (Or a nude Joel lmao) and comments say it works. DO NOT USE MULTIPLE HOTCOFFEE MODS WITH EACH OTHER!!! IT WILL ALMOST DEFINITELY NOT WORK AND BREAK SOMETHING!!! (Only ones that might work in tandem are the Hazelnut/Vanilla Coffee mods with one of the Hotcoffee mods since those don't use the hotcoffee script) TUTORIALS: This video is 4 years old, but the modding scene has barely changed so It's still relevant. Ignore the bugfixes section and download the bugfixes linked on this gameconfig. Not sure if that gameconfig works, but you will need the bugfixes linked on it. Also, use the Nightly scripthookvdotnet, the original one is broken now (Community Scriphook is still fine, grab that too). One last thing, if AddonPeds doesn't work use this mod instead. It's on patreon, but it's free for everyone. If you're anything like me and download a shit ton of addon peds you should use it even if addon peds works (Alongside it). It allows you to create multiple .rpf's so the 4GB limit is a non-issue (If you've modded GTA 5 as much as I have you know what I mean). If you've been modding GTA 5 for a while you back up (at a minimum) these 4 files: Since you're talking about scripthook not working, I assume you were unaware of this. These 4 files are really all that you have to back up in-case you want to roll-back the game version, and on Steam just disable battle-eye: Whenever the game updates (If you have a lick of sense turn off auto-updates so you can back up those 4 files and aren't blindsided) just grab the backup files and overwrite, scripthoook issues fixed.

thking001 Posted June 30, 2025 Posted June 30, 2025 check out player companion. a bit buggy, but it's the best 'follower' mod i've come across so far. i guess this one is the closest to be similar to skyrim followers, with customizing clothes and faces of the companion, ordering to wait follow and attack, and ofcourse a bit dynamic version of hotcoffee
