Editing Clothing (Help!)

I want to cut out chest sections on some tops so a sims tits hang out . How can i do this in Blender? Is there an easier method? like in a 2d editor?

There's no "easy" method AFAIK, so you'll have to do it in Blender by removing vertices from the mesh (and perhaps also adjusting the texture). Among the S4S tutorials, there's one about shortening a skirt, which you can use for guidance (https://sims4studio.com/thread/566/shorten-mesh-blender?page=1).

I'd also look into finding a base Blender model that's not wearing underwear. Even a naked Barbie doll is better than this when it comes to working on models.
