Fallout 3 and NV mod help

I have both games and I want to mod, what do you all recommend? I am ready to let lose like I did in 4 and Skyrim AE.  Any body mods is highly request on my list, because I like my character to be barefoot when I fight. It's a me thing.

I made an installation guide of sorts for Fallout New Vegas. And with 'Tale of Two Wastelands' you can enable all Fallout 3 content (and mods for it) tp Fallout New Vegas too.
