Your issue is in either this texture: textures\littlebaron\lb_stasisfield_n.dds, or the BSA archive that contains it.

 

Options:

1. Extract the BSA and remove it.
2. Replace the texture.
3. Run the DDS file through a conversion process like dds -> tga -> dds, hoping it would fix something. Either match the dds format of the original file, or find another texture from the vanilla game that has the same features and was used for the same purpose and match its format instead.
4. Remove the mod containing the texture.

fixed it turns out it was lotd causing it
