 Here is the deal: Alot of modders, probably most of them, provide their works free of charge for the rest of community on a singular condition: 

Do not redistribute the work.  Its hundreds, sometimes thousands of men-hours of work, often professional grade labour that otherwise would cost a small fortune, provided for free and all that is aksed in return is that. So, that request in generally respected.

 Even if you do disregard that issue, there is another: Modded skyrim is a wild entanglement of hundreds, or somethimes thousands of plugins by different authors. Even a stable, polished build will require a TON of manual tweaking, including in game options. Something you wont be able to do, and there is no support for mod list and the such.

 To put it simply, even if one existed, you'd need to spend hundreds of hours just reading why your Skyrim has like 8 .exe files and what they do before you could start using it.

And its unlikely anyone would share such a build, due to the first issue, anyway.

The first problem would be, if a "torrent" of a modded skyrim existed, it would be illegal simply for the fact that it is a pirated copy of Skyrim, just with mods. So case closed 🤔

as it says @Gukahn , Is piracy for both the game and the mods released without proper permissions . Consequently, here are the solutions

 

1) get the game

2) modd it as everyone does

I kinda enjoyed putting my modlist together. Still working on it as I have to add things piece by piece to make sure it all plays nice.
