Guest Posted August 18, 2024 Posted August 18, 2024 Hello I'm getting a T pose bug on all characters and NPCs ingame, tried to disable the entire mods installed today, verified if they all had their co-dependencies and they all do luckily. I'm using MO2 mod installer, and even verified if any dependencies or unticked plugins, but nope. Ran Pandora and nothing worked, did the same for FNIS after installing it and still nothing because I thought some mod requires FNIS, uninstalled FNIS and now I still get the bug after rerunning Pandora. Here is my modlist, if more info is needed to be provided let me know. modlist.txt

That's one confusing sentence. Lets see: Ran Pandora, nothing worked. I assume you mean in-game, and by "nothing worked" you mean everyone was T-posing. Otherwise my next question is, well what did you try to do about Pandora not working? Did the same with FNIS and got the same result. Same questions apply here as above. You uninstalled FNIS, re-ran Pandora and _NOW_ you're getting the bug? So what was #1 and #2 about above then? So if I don't read that too literally, I'm gonna say your problem is one of: Pandora generated a file that you didn't clean up before doing the test with FNIS only. Maybe some Nemesis or Pandora -specific stuff that FNIS would have no idea about. You neglected to read the output from Pandora and FNIS, or ignored warnings and errors.

Where do I find these files to clean them ?

The files generated could most likely be anywhere, just like behavior files from FNIS would be hidden in the various branches of the meshes directory. Do a search through the MO2 overwrite folder for all files with the hkx extension. That might give you an idea.
Grey Cloud Posted August 18, 2024 Posted August 18, 2024 Let's see. You installed a zillion mods then discovered animations didn't work. Assuming you only have Pandora installed - what does Pandora's output say? Does it list the animations? Have you tried without the Zaz patcher thing?
King Doggo Posted December 27, 2024 Posted December 27, 2024 (edited) Same thing happened to me when switching from Nemesis to Pandora, since Nemesis is - By Mod Standards - Ancient technology that can't handle more than a few hundred animations. T-Pose with everything, happened after runinstalling "Devious Devices" and finding that Vortex doesn't actually remove any of the critical Devious Devices files, so I deleted them manually. Well, wrong move. After 3 days modding Skyrim again I think it's safe to say that the 20+ required Animation/Engine/Papyrus addons make it clearly not worth the squeeze. Especially since there are several different versions of these tools that have been updated by different people through the years, making coherent batching of mods all but impossible for anybody not willing to dedicate a weekend to working it out. dschlaqinwe Posted December 28, 2024 Posted December 28, 2024 I can't complain about Pandora, I just downgraded to 1.5.97, even with that it works better than with Nemesis, Nemesis has a menu that's too small and you can't read anything that's there. Pandora has a nice menu where I can also select what it should load and it only takes 1.9 seconds. ,Nemenis 12sec. ... It is already patched with XPMSE and ZAZ 8.0+ with it too.
