Sorry....but unfortunately the people I've talked to seen it as more difficult than FireRed and I have to admit it was difficult to get through Brock even with lvl 14 Mom but I'm still going to finish the game

I dunno. I don't really play Pokemon games, not a big fan of them generally, but this game doesn't seem particularly difficult to me.

I beat the first two gyms without needing to use any items. I did fight Gary before the second gym. I had to raise some new mons to challenge the gym, since all the ones I had on me were weak to Water. But I didn't grind out a ton of levels or anything. I think I was like lv16-17 and only had one go down.

 

It is going to be naturally harder than vanilla if you only added extra Pokemon to fights, though. It doesn't take a genius to know that beating 2 Pokemon is easier than beating 3.

 

The starters also feel kinda weak. I assume because most of the wild human Pokemon don't have evolution's, while the starters do? I picked May as my starter and put her on the bench for now. I didn't really bother building Leaf or Lyra yet either. I imagine the starters are usually seen as the biggest hitters for most people's playthrough's, so them being weaker might be making it seem harder than it really is? I dunno. Like I said, I don't really play a lot of these games.

Eh, I don't think it's that hard. Basically it's like og pokemon with maybe a bit smarter AI with a better movepool

From what I'm seeing everybody seems to be experiencing various degrees of difficulty

I started out with May didn't know about Mom and the only difficulties I have experienced is Brock mainly just because of type disadvantages everything else has been relatively easy.

 

I'm on Erika's gym with May, Leaf, Lyra, Peach, Sabrina and now Dawn all around level 25 plus except Dawn wish I knew about the rocket base coins before grinding for Dawn. Thinking of dropping May as Peach is the same type. 

 

Overall having a good time and can agree that some times the ai is smarter but other times you can pass by with little gimmicks like to get Sabrina all you need is a dark type and all the pokemon in that gym area can't even hurt you.

 

One of the best NSFW pokemon games I've Played 👍

This is so funny. "I talked to several other people and they definitely say it's difficult. Not me specifically but the several people I talked to. I'm not really really bad at pokemon, because I checked with a lot of other people and they all said it was unreasonably difficult."

I've finished up the girl collection now.
Now I know you said you were only going to be doing bugfixes and not content updates, so what I'm about to type here is just wishful thinking.

I would love to see s few more girls added, What I can think of from the top of my head is Officer Jenny maybe as a gift for busting a team rocket base.

Maybe you could get Mrs Raifort at the Cinnabar fossil lab from a scientist in exchange for a specific item he is after in a similar way to the slowpoke tail you trade for Gardenia.

Well that's the end of my rambling, good work on this, I had a pretty good time running though all the grass and talking to every NPC I could find on the off chance they had a trade to make.

That's fine, nobody's forcing you to play it. I understand not everyone would like it.

Yea, I don't plan any updates but I am thinking of maybe doing sequel at some point.

If you do plan to do a sequel, would there be plans to add pokemorphs to it or would it be exactly the same as F? either way its fun nonetheless.

I won't play a sequel game if it does come out as it's clear it's not meant for casual players in the first place and sorry but i don't believe the whole "it's the same as normal Fire Red" thing

Im stuck lol, I got to celadon and I have the gates opened after getting the tea. I cant enter the brothel and the grass gym is locked. dont have the silph scope either so i dont really know what to do lol

Most likely not. I am fine with Gardevoir which is already in and that's about it.
