Ever since the release of Crypt of the NecroDancer: SYNCHRONY, it has been possible to make script mods that could implement lewd elements to the game.
For example, I made a gameplay mod where you could play as Cadence with her ordinary playstyle but with a twist: getting damaged will tear away her clothing!
She'll start off with her clothes as normal, but it has now become its own armour that provides a bit of defense except it has the functionality of heavy glass armour which means it'll last three hits before Cadence gets exposed completely and become even more vulnerable to attacks...until she can find another armour to cover herself with.

Hypothetically, anyone who knows Lua language well enough could potentially make their own mods that would have the player character masturbate to the beat or have sex with other monsters in rhythm. Personally, I'm not quite confident in Lua coding to make those kinds of mods so I'll focus on wardrobe malfunction or forced stripping instead. Note that you'll need the SYNCHRONY DLC installed to have script/gameplay mods for the game.

Only Cadence supports this clothing tear mechanic so far, but this could extend to other playable characters soon with some having additional ways of losing their clothes such as Nocturna dropping her clothes when transforming into a bat.

Note that this mod adds characters rather than replacing the base game's characters. (e.g. "Lewd Cadence" has her own character slot.)

 

If you only want a resource pack for the base game (no DLC) that provides nude skins for some of the playable characters with no gameplay changes, that's also available in the mod submission page above. There's currently only nude skins for Cadence, Nocturna, Coda, and Hatsune Miku, with more planned in the future.

I've actually made this script mod last year or two but I didn't release it earlier because I didn't think it's ready for release yet.

I think I was intending it to be complete with more characters supported and trying to make the mod add a mechanic to an existing playable character instead of having to clone it, but then I lost interest in the game so this mod was just sitting in my backlog as I worked on other stuff.

 

Coming back to it lately, I can't think of any changes needed for the clothing tear mechanic as I've already laid down the foundation for it.

It still works exactly how I intended it: Cadence's outfit is now its own item with a slight defense increase and it has the functionality that gets destroyed after 3 hits.

So I decided to leave the script untouched and have it bundled with a resource pack for the base game that makes at least three other playable characters nude.

just a little curious. u r aware it's possible to not use indexed colors? the game does accept full spectrum rgb if the sprite is in the format.

looks amazing nonetheless, but just asking

I'm aware, but having the sprites use indexed colours compresses the file size very well which I like.

You could always change the colour mode on your image editor if you want to edit them with more colours.
