My sims female pussies are always bald and I like them to be bald but how can I give my male sims public hair while keeping my female sims hairless?

Nraas Dresser has an option to remove: All body hair.

 

Kinkyworld has a setting to add a pubic hair by default - disable it.  <--- It does a check at the beginning of each load of saved games

 

Unless your Kinkyworld settings are already saved with public hair disabled, you will needed to manually remove that hair with Dresser on any that already have it. This re-dresses a Sim which is undressed by Kinkyworld during woohoo but those clothes will be removed on the next animation.
