could be a texture, or even skeleton problem, load order, etc.  We need more detail.

It could be a missing mesh if the top is invisible when you wear it that could be the reason.

I use Cbbe body and XP32 Maximum Skeleton. Will it help if I list files in meshes and  textures of this outfit?

Problem solved!  I remove armor part of Osare, then it pop up out of nowhere.  Anyway I really sorry for my careless.
