Hello, I've run into an issue where I'm getting the common A T pose situation. Don't know what's causing it. I'm able to slide for ten seconds until movement completely stops after 10 seconds then I'm locked into position after staring a new game not moving

Here is my load order plugins  Plugins.txt

Let me know if you need anything else posted.

Edit so i disabled everything and verified integrity files and im still having the the Skellington issue everything is disabled with the exception of the unofficial patch pandora engine alternative start sse Adress library and  jcontainers. Yet I still get the A pose at this point i am reinstalling sse.

Engine.log here is the pandora engine log

I got a T-pose issue recently. I mistakenly installed the LE version of an animation pack. Replaced with the SE version, ran Pandora, fixed.

Just in case its the same case, you should double all the animations you have installed.

Not an expert on Pandora but comparing that to my own logs, I have no errors and no warnings whereas you got over a hundered of them. I imagine that's your issue. The errors themselves do not make sense to me. It seems to mostly be complaining about lines in FNIS txt files. Would have to look at the source code to see what its actually angry about.

maybe its not here is the pandora engine if you can interpret for me that would be great  Engine.log

Try rolling back to an earlier version of Pandora, e.g. 1.5.1. Several of the 1.6.x versions had a problem and now we have gone from 2.0.0 to 2.0.4 in two days.

Reading things can often help.

Currently on 2.04 should I get in contact with the Pandora discord and let them know of my problem? Ill roll back in the meantime.

I saw the 2.0.4 in the log you posted. 🙂

Your call whether you post the problem.

Always uninstall the previous version before updating or rolling back.

So rolling back didnt help either. All the other NPC's are working except my own character. No matter what I do. Ive reinstalled skyrim deleted my data folder and then verified it again. Seems as if my character is just stuck in A pose.  Would giving a papyrus script help?

Is your character male or female?

Have you tried a new game with different character?

Have you tried a new game without DD installed?

I have made numerous characters both male and female. Started numerous new games, have had DD both on and off. Yes I've been testing every single time with a new game ive  uninstalled everything (including the XPM32SE) with just unofficial patch and alternative start and pandora ran pandora before hand. The AI have correct movement they always have regardless of profile I am. Its my player character actor that's screwed up. I've redownloaded Skyrim. I've deleted my data folder and verified file integrity.  Yet still every other character is fine every time except my own.

You could try uninstalling Pandora and installing FNIS to see if that helps.

I've been using Pandora without problems for 6 months or more but it is still alpha so maybe there is something in your set up that it can't get on with.
