What animation pack and cum replacer are in this image?

Isn't that just Wicked Whims?  If your sim gets more loads on the same body part, the mess gets bigger.

 

If you mean the 3D blobs, that's the Cherry Pie Cum Mesh that half the animators either link, or already include in their download.

 

I think the animation is by Lupobianco.  The name is something like Porn Scene-Actors Only [Climax].  The series has variations for one or two other sims taking pictures.

Oh nice! I haven't used many animations that have that kind of climax so it wasn't familiar to me.

 

Ah I guess need to reinstall that. I was trying different animation packs that haven't used before and skipped lupobianco's.
