I read through the guides and I'm not sure how I messed things up but... i need help understanding where I went wrong. 

 

If you need me to take screenshots on the installation please let me know, I basically install most of the mods through MO2.

For male body replacer you can try this one https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/75788 (don't forget to disable or enable, not sure, male bodysuits in scr/sexout)
As for stretching to infinity, make sure you have the skeleton mod installed (NVCS or Apple Jam's one)

I'm using "Breeze's" male body replacer, it works just fine. Your male body textures are messed up somehow. The skeleton mod I'm using is "The Skeleton", it works really well for the female and the male bodies. It looks like the skeleton is ok, but the textures are jumbled up. You would have body stretching if the skeleton was messed up, I did. Check out these pics and see what I got, working pretty well, so far anyway. "BnB" is installed along side of "Breeze's" body mods. I settled on the Type3 F body for a long time, I just couldn't get "BnB' to work right. The newer "BnB" mod set is a lot better now, it has a VERY helpful PDF file. I haven't seen 'em jiggle yet though, looking forward to that! I'm still building FO3 in MO2, not done yet.
