Here's the log, running this off of an external hard drive using the default directory and I've been trying to fix this for six hours.

ERROR(5): The system cannot find the file specified

I do not understand what exactly is going wrong here, this error does not match anything I've seen

ProcMon from Sysinternals (Microsoft) can tell you which file it can't find. Don't upload the log here, you'll have to analyze it yourself.

 

Edit: Or filter it, and save only events from GenerateFNISforUsers.exe then find a way to send it to me privately, assuming you trust me.

Turns out I may have moved a file from the overwrite folder, I got that working. And then a stability mod was disabling everything because "allow achievements" was set to "true" by default which is a choice, I guess. Thanks for the lead!
