Is RJW Menstruation Cycle a hard requirement or could the mod work without it?

Is there any special code to determine the resuting baby (like a perfect clone) or does it just use the games basic birth system?

So, the file says requires Sexperience, the post says requires Menstruation?

 

I can't figure why it would hard require Sexp.

I was planning on that but Rimworld by itself wont allow so this is just a work around.

Both like it require Sexperience and Menstruation or it might be a little weird.

take all the time u need. i was wondering if there was a way to add it to custom made characters. like ones made with character editor. the futa that spawn naturally all have it but the one i made doesn't.

You can make it so they spawn naturally using RJW setting which you can enable futa

oh no, i mean they alrdy do spawn naturally. i think i figured it out, the vagina and penis have to be the human ones. derp i'm sorry for bothering you. i make a human futa with a equine penis and human vagina. thats why it doesnt work for my custom made one.

Ahah, that would answer the next inquiry I had.

The mod doesn't seem to work with the slime tentacles + vagina. I was trying to play with a different Xenotype than normal, and noticed the option wasn't there until I used Character Editor to switch to different genitalia

If someone still need fix for genitalia that don't have "Penis" or "Vagina" in their Defs class names (like slime tentacles) - i made a PR to main repo in hope OP will update it.

I'm not sure why, but for some reason it seems that you can't actually cause a pregnancy with these. According to RJW Mens, cum goes in, the amount is registered, as well as the origin, but it never progresses past fertilized egg and the egg never sets. Tested pretty extensively, even with pregnancy chances maxed in the settings. Regular (pawn x pawn) works fine, but self insemination doesn't.

I still like the mod though for some reasons (it's a pretty decent pawn mood boost in the right circumstances). Though it's a bit odd that it doesn't count as masturbating or anything (doesn't apply any recreation or reduction in sex need). Maybe ideas for future versions. Anyway, love ya. ♥
