Mods that force race and sex change on player?

What kinds of mods have quests that at some point force a race or sex change on the player? I am thinking of making something futa related someday like this but I wanted to see what was already out there first and also what are the consequences of such mods? Does the game mess up at all if mods like that are used?

You will pretty much never find a mod that does this. Bethesda games especially Skyrim have quest/stat breaking race problems. These problems were mostly fixed for the showracemenu menu but no one is stupid enough to try to force a race change through quest.

This mod changes your race to a futa race it's a pretty old mod and is literally pointless now, since you could just use SoS with zero distribution for girls and give the schlong potion to who ever you want to be a futa. Unlike Futanarium you get to not only keep your race/sex but also your body. Futanarium changes your body to either UNP basic or CBBE v3. Now a days people have BBP or tbbp or just a completely different body, or one made by bodyslide or whatever, since the mod changes that it's not a very popular choice.

Yeah I had not thought about problems with all the body mod stuff people have to go through for install. So your saying that changing sex with showracemenu will mess up the character stats and other things? What if the change to a character was done with a preset through scripts instead of showracemenu if that is even possible? What I am thinking is a mod that is not activated at the start of a new game but after the player is out of the beginning areas and progresses a few levels first. Then a preset could be created by a script that would match all the showracemenu settings of the player character if they are male to a futa character so nose 3 to nose 3 eyebrow 5 to eyebrow 5 etc. The junk size could be changed by spells or something later by the player. Otherwise if the player is female they just get junk down there as the only change.

 

A mod like that would probably only support certain body types though as you say so many things to configure without a mod changing bodies on the player making it worse.

Something I just thought about, this very thing happens every time the player or npc changes into a werewolf and back again. The game knows to use the werewolf body for the change and the original player body to go back to how does it do that? So the answer must be with how the game does those things for werewolf.
