Where is sexout.esm?

I have downloaded several files, done lots of searching through mod lists, this forum, and googling the internet overall and I can't find where to get the base sexout.esm file.

 

I got the SexoutNG - Core 2-10-97.fomod and sexout common resources but when loading them up they both said "sexout.esm missing".  I also tried sexoutsexlite.  Maybe I'm just missing it buried in one of these files and I have to turn it on or it was something I didn't download (I have yet to find anything just listed as sexout), but if anyone can link to where the sexout.esm file can be downloaded I'd appreciate it because I've spent days trying to get these mods up and running.

Fomod is a zip-like archive, install that with a mod manager. Or open it with any archiver, if you really know what you're doing and want to install things manually.

Sexout.esm is inside SexoutNG - Core 2-10-97.fomod package.

Thank you.  I did have it installed in my mod manager but it had the files disabled so the other mods flagged it as missing.  Leaving this in case someone else has the same issue of the manager not properly enabling things
