Paid mods that do not function

Say what you will about paid mods being right/wrong etc. But paid mods that flat out do not work, with no way to review is fucking ridiculous. How do you become a verified creator if your mods do not function? Hey I'll save you all some time if you wanted that Robin follower. I could look past the mouth not moving, I'll throw a mask on her and keep it moving. But the quest is a buggy garbage fire with silent dialogue and quest markers leading to nowhere. If you're unsure about what you've produced release it for free. Call this shit out here since there apparently is nowhere else to do so.

Too many "Verified Creators" and paid mods are literally garbage with no way to review or know what you're paying for.

LIp sync is a problem with the CK. It needs to be patched. But the rest is spot on. There should be some sort of comment/feedback system to communicate with the Creator about problems and to warn the audience of them. On the flip side, if the creation is good and if something thinks its worth the price then that can be said as well.

I think you say "I'd like to be a verified creator, please", and they say "sure, why not".

I don't know what it is they're verifying exactly, but it's probably not mod quality. My theory is that they want a verified email address and possibly address, and payment details.

I bought Elianora's Crimson Fleet hab module pack because I had just started a new character who was joining the Crimson Fleet. I'm getting all sorts of issues with those hab modules.

Where the habs join together, the doors and hatches are white and they're letting in exterior light. The Crimson Fleet mission terminal in the captain's quarters never has missions available, which leads me to believe it's not functioning. The workshop has a big fucking monitor that doesn't disappear when there's a doorway behind it, so it blocks any adjacent habs connected to that particular node.

But, there are functional goodies. The storage 1x1 hab module has 400 cargo storage for 5 mass. That's arguably broken from a game-balance perspective, but then again paid mods are never balanced additions. I have like 1200 cargo on a tiny class A raider. The workshop 1x2 is pretty sweet: It has all of the workbenches in it (except a stove, that's in the crew quarters), but what's game changing for me is that it has a "Workshop Chest" that has infinite storage. I used to store all my crafting shit in The Lodge basement, but now I never have to go back to New Atlantis again!

I figure Elia will fix the issues I mentioned, or already has, and it's just a matter of Bethesda pushing the creation updates out, which will probably happen next month? It would be pretty bad PR if Bethesda leaves broken creations broken for a full patch cycle (~45 days), but I honestly don't think they even consider shit like that.

One is supposed to provide a "portfolio" to show one's ability to make mods *shrugs*. Most likely these were authors with mods already put on on Nexus or previous games.
