What are these mods?

Hello, maybe some of you know what mods are used in these pics? 

I want the armor mods and the skin mod in the first pic. I would greatly appreciate it

dryuya's post is a hint.  Mine is more blatent.  There is already a thread for asking questions exactly like this and a short search of that thread will show those questions have already been asked and answered.

 

I tell you this because if you had known the thread and made the search you would have gotten the answers more quickly than posting and waiting for a reply.  As a rule of thumb, look at the date of when a picture is posted on a hosting site and then look at the "What Mod Is This" thread for the days right after that post because that is when questions about the mods used in that post are most likely to be asked and answered.
