Invisible colored rope arm binds

On this current modset I'm using for my playthrough of Skyrim, I've noted that the colored rope arm binds that come with devious devices are totally invisible. Every other device displays just fine, and I've tried and retried running and rerunning BodySlide. Not sure why it's happening; not even sure where I should start in terms of mods for fixing it.

My loadorder is a complete mess; here's my mods, here's screenshots of in-game. If you need anything more to fix the problem, please ask and I will provide.

Any help y'all can offer would be greatly appreciated.
