Carnal Instinct latest version?

I saw ads here about Carnal Instinct. Lovely game. But steam still show it in pre-alpha version of 2021 year.

There is news on offical page of game from 2024 year.

Somebody know where I can download actual latest verison?

You can get the most recent version of Carnal Instinct from their patreon. Though, the patreon version is very likely to have more bugs than the steam release, as stated from the developer themselves.

What is Carnal Instinct like? I mean what type of game is it? A story type format or what?

It is essentially a Skyrim mod expanded into a game. Since they restarted it when migrating from Unreal Engine 4 to 5, it is more like two Skyrim mods converted into separate games. The images that I posted from the game way back when are no longer even part of the game's campaign. 

If the game is ever finished, it will stand heads and shoulders above everything else in its genre simply by being a competently made game in which the adult content is woven into the plot rather than being an extraneous bonus or worse, a loss condition.
