T-Pose issue and can't seem to fix

Trying to start a new game and Characters are stuck in T-Pose no matter what fix I try. Also noticed, when the main menu screen loads I only get the OAR UI widget popup but not the widget that shows to total animations loaded for the game that I normally see in the top right corner of the screen. Not sure which mod adds that widget. Any help?

1. You T-pose while OAR animations are preloading in game. To fix this OAR has anim preload before the main menu appears so once you're in game there's no need to wait for more loading. This is enabled by default. Only last a few seconds and should be fixed once animations are loaded.

2. You T-pose because you have broken behavior files. This happens if you change mods with custom animations (not the ones managed by OAR though) and forget to run FNIS/Nemesis/Pandora, or you use said programs but while having animation files from a LE mod. In case it's the latter all mentioned programs should give you a very clear warning about which animation files are the incompatible ones. So run FNIS/Nemesis/Pandora again and pay close attention to what it says after it's done running.

That's OAR. Like I said, animation preloading is OAR and it's enabled by default. The fact you're not seeing it seems to indicate something changed or is not working properly in regards to OAR. Confirm the mod is installed, enabled, is compatible with your version of the game, has the proper settings and no other mods are overwriting files from it. Default settings you should be looking in the OpenAnimationReplacer.ini are:

bLoadDefaultBehaviorsInMainMenu = true
bEnableUI = true
bDisablePreloading = false

Pandora finishes successfully in 4 seconds.

T-Poses remain.

Should I just delete the entire Data folder at this point? I've followed 4 guides by now, including deleting cache, switching from Nemesis to Pandora, uninstalling animation mods.. No dice. No warnings, no logs, nothing at all.

Crazy. Frustrating.

I'm just going to kill the Data folder and play "Mod Skyrim" another date, maybe there'll be more structure in the future years.

No idea. I don't use Pandora. If the program isn't giving you the information you need to troubleshoot issues it's either a problem of the program or you're looking in the wrong place.

When I start a new game e.g. With 100% savegame from Nexus, I first have to set all the mods in the menu. For example, Ostim doesn't have export in - out or autostart animation by default. I have to set everything fresh first and then save it. After that it only works.

People kept saying to switch to Pandora because Nemesis was just so outdated and a bitch to install - Which is was..

Which is not true at all in my experience. But Pandora has the appeal of both being new and combining creature and combat mods. The way to solve this would've been consulting the Pandora readme/author/other Pandora users with direct experience but I think you already took the delete everything route.
