Opinions on both Practical Defeat and Yamete Kudasai for Acheron

I've just returned to modding Skyrim and as is tradition, am starting from scratch with a load order. I have little experience with Acheron and thought I'd give it a go. It seems the two most popular "defeat" mods for Acheron are either Practical Defeat or Yamete Kudasai. From reading both's mod pages, they seem to both do basically the exact same things. I've some bad experiences with Yametes Kudasais predecessor(s), both of them; Yamete! and Yamete! Redux. So I am from the get-go leaning towards Practical Defeat as it is something completely new to me.

I am looking for opinions from anyone who has experienced either. Ideally both. The pros, the cons of each. Does one have more customization? More features? Less buggs? Better performance?

I usually end up quitting Skyrim modding for several months after having to restart my playthrough because I ignorantly choose the wrong mod. Mods are rarely ever removable mid-playthrough. So I hope to choose the best defeat mod (which is subjective, of course) and actually stick with it.

If there is another defeat mod that I am unaware of, that is better than both of them, please bring them up.

Bonus somewhat off-topic question: Is it possible to play with SD+ on Special Edition? I ask because I remember it having a really good player-captive system. And there seems to be very few mods that focus on the player being the captive. I really would like a mod that allows me to become captive to random enemies like bandits after being defeated.

Acheron/Yamete is highly customisable, but at the disadvantage that you may need multiple mods. I remember having to trawl through nexus, patreon, and LL for various extensions, and currently use Baka Defeat.

Defeat -> Simple Slavery Plus Plus -> Lola the Resubmission may be another option to consider.

Naked Defeat offers extensive post defeat capture.

As for YK and Practical Defeat - use both, one for creatures only, other for humanoid enemies. Surprisingly stable and archeron respects effects that damage player and should kill him. Good stuff.
