[WHAT IS?] this "Stalker" armor set?

Syn Gaming's recent video on modded combat featured this armor at 7:59 and throughout the video. I love it. Sexy without being pornographic, no modern stuff like zippers or plastic, no jewelry or frills. Just a functional light armor, if perhaps more suited to the desert than Skyrim's cold climate.

 

 

I asked what it was in the video comments and on his discord, but got no response.

From browsing said discord a little further I found the pieces were named "Stalker", but google couldn't find anything with that.

An image search did find the armor, and it might be a port from Black Desert Online, but searching for "heve" or "koinuchi" got me nowhere, not could I find its like in any BDO packs for Skyrim.
