Help with Sexlab/Defeat - NPC Aggressor not animating?

Hello!

I am using Banes edition of SL Defeat, and everything seems to be working fine other than when a male NPC assaults my character, he doesn't animate. Animations for undressing and all that work but when the sex scene actually starts, only my PC animates and the NPC just starts saying "You shouldn't be in here!".

Anyone have an idea of why that would happen?

I made sure nothing but creature skeletons (MNC, Lichdom, etc.) are the only things overwriting my skeleton. I've cleaned and reinstalled (through MCM) Sexlab and Defeat. I've turned off other animations like male modesty and such but I cant seem to get it to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

At a guess

1) you don't have any of the expected animation sequences installed and selected & registered that it needs to fulfill the request.  Defeat can call some of the more aggressive sequences, so if it generates a listing of sequences that you don't have (and may as regular fare) you're humped....

You can try using the random sequence change hotkey (default 'o' in SL) to see if it can use another in the sequence list for that Defeated instantiation. no promises.^

or...

2) maybe you've recently updated some animation pack, and the SL animation manager/whatever-it-is got confused, so when it calls up a sequence, it's shouting into the digital wind. I've done that in the past. I think I recall having to do a cleanup/reset in SL, followed by re-picking and registering animation sequences in SLAL. Probably more authoritative directions in one of the animation pack mod page description
