tempsbev
I've been trying for over 20 hours now to create a simple idle pose for female using blender 2.49b with nif scripts, nifscope, and hkxcmd. I've managed to find some female nif skeletons, edit them in nifscope so they'll work for blender, pose them in blender, and then export them as a kf. My main problem seems to be using hkxcmd. I can't convert KF files back to HKX. I have my kf file in a folder on my desktop called kf. I have an empty folder on the desktop called hkx. I type \desktop\hkxcmd.exe convertkf "desktop\kf" "desktop\hkx" In yellow text it tells me "No files found" Help!!! losing my mind with frustration here!!! Link to comment

D_ManXX2
I type \desktop\hkxcmd.exe convertkf "desktop\kf" "desktop\hkx" Well if you type that it won't find the file. what is the drive named where the files are located ?? it should be something like this: c:\test\hkxcmd.exe convertkf skeleton.hkx empty.kf empty_new.hkx you need to point the skeleton and the name what the file is named and what file it will be named too. have you tried the bat file that has been supplied with it ?? just read the readme you got with it.
