I see that their variations are separated, my question is how do I do everything in a single mod with the variables assigned to a key or a number .

My thought would be to re add the drawindexed texture components if they are still attached to the mod's model and adding toggle's for each (easiest if they were in the mod.ini to begin with) but figuring out if the mod still has the other variations on the og blender model inside 1 mod and then readding the clothing and textures with draxindexed is not something i have figured out yet, even if i know how to fix/update or remove certain things if they are present in the ini.

Your other option would be merging them if the variations are separate mods.

If you are using mod manager:

 

If you want to store a huge amount of mods. You've to consider this:

1º Create a folder for each character by example:

~WWMI\Mods\chara\female\Zhezhi

~WWMI\Mods\chara\male\Mortefi

~WWMI\Mods\chara\BufferValues

2º Save RestoreInis.py and ModManagerWuWa in folder:

~WWMI\Mods\chara

3º Every time you add new mod you've to run first with IDLE editor (from python), open and run with F5 ->RestoreInis.py and after ModManagerWuWa.py

Yangyang although she is the face of the game and in my opinion one of the best designed characters so far, she is not very well liked by mod makers.

 

I don't blame them either, with characters like Shorekeeper, Changli or Yinlin who have a sexier and more daring design than Yangyang or Jinhsi whose design is more serious and elegant, I think it's obvious who the community will prefer.

 

A very clear example is Hazeker who recently made a poll to make three mods for Wuwa and the winners by a landslide were Shorekeeper, Yinlin and Jinhsi.

It was not what I expected but it worked super great.

I do not know why, but when I applied it I completely damaged Changli's normal costume, I reinstalled the xxmi and jasm now work well, both the one I had and the one you shared.

yes, I have them in folders, jasm organises them like this
I use jasm together with xxmi, I think it's a problem with jasm because it often gets stuck.
