Im not sure why it wont work for me. Im sure i've done everything right. Fresh install, Correct pathway, No conflicts. -_-. One day maybe.

First what you trying to do anyways? what mod? second what one is the master .ini file? you may need one to help override some textures. Keep in mind, these mods are still WIP and because the community hasn't found a way to edit the model with it creating issues, with that said, if you got the mod from a mod site and follow the instructions, it should work, though looking through most comments for these mods, alot cant get them to work so the sooner the models are able to be imported, the easier it will get for the community whos just modding XD

 

there is also little edits you can do to the mod tool, can find them on gamebanana, just look in the comments for some mods.

i did not use the "-dx11" for launch just default game no commands

As i stated previously, i can use the thicc Jianxin and Chixia from https://gamebanana.com/members/2182818. I can also use all texture mods. However besides the thicc chixia and Jianxin i cannot use any other proportion changing mods like the rover one from arca or clothes removing mods like https://gamebanana.com/mods/517611 from NicoMico

yeah i dont know what it is, even me combining mods from gamebanana and arca work, and both versions of baizhi and rover work

could try verifying files or something, i dont know what specs you have but i have a 5800x and 3070. I do have hardware accelerated gpu scheduling off i dont know if that changes anything

I dont think specs would change if a mod works or not. Ill just give up for now

The worst part of the modding scene in my opinion. The mod isn't even done and you already got people telling you how to make it 'better'.
