You can add it yourself, go get the component hash from any Changli skin mod and copy the TextureOverrideComponent0 block in the UI mod's UI and replace the copy's hash with the Changli skin component hash. Make sure to give it a different name as well, 2 TextureOverrides can't have the same name.

Im trying to make a mod for calcharo of 3 mods together https://gamebanana.com/mods/598794 as the top https://gamebanana.com/mods/572521 as the pants and https://gamebanana.com/mods/588403 as the hair this is the file if anyone could fix it or something id be very gratefull this is as far as i got, its fine when he stands still no glitches happen but when i attack he turns into a huge blocked out mess, if anyone knows how to fix this please try to fix it, or help me id be very gratefull.

When merging mods you also need to remember to remove or comment out with ; any parts with if/else if lines under the "; Skinning: Shape Keys Override ----" section toward the bottom of the ini files, since it seems like you've merged 3 mods, you will need to do that in 2 of the ini files.  If you have already done that, you'll probably be stuck with trial and error by commenting out parts until you find the issue.  I would recommend working with just 2 mods at the start if you are going for the trial and error method.
