I see you already asked on agmg and got no answer, well tough luck I guess.  I'm not a modder but I think it's caused by recent changes in wwmi using blend function or smth, or maybe I'm completely wrong. Anyway you can try to switch some graphics settings like blur or anti-aliasing.

Edit. So I looked at mod and one more thing I can suggest is that you can completely remove these parts by adding ";" in front of

"drawindexed = 8712, 235983, 0" line in ini file. Or add blend to make it less visible. (Ciaccona mod, don't have Phoebe).

Thanks for your reply I have tried fiddling with the graphic settings but nothing solved the issue. I usually have everything ON except Injured State. I even tried turning all mods off but I could still notice some issues in original unmodded models, such as Ciaccona.

If you zoom in you can see the same pattern showing in unmodded Ciaccona's transparent sleeve, although less noticeable. The higher the contrast between the transparent material and the background, the more noticeable it is.

In Shorekeeper's mod it can also be seen.

In Sanhua's mod it is not noticeable, but there is a strange aura around the transparent areas.

These parts can be toggled OFF, so it's not really necessary to fiddle with code to just not see them.

So, important question. Do you, or any others, see any of these issues in your game? I would like to know whether it's only me or if it is something affecting everyone. As I said, even without mods I can see this annoying pattern in transparencies.

its probably a graphics issue if its persisting without mods, maybe ur using AMD up-scaling or NVIDIA equivalent. also try reinstalling drivers

Could you show me how it looks in your game? Do you have Ciaccona?

I updated GeForce driver, and also tried turning motion blur off. Nothing changed.
Could you please show me how transparency looks in your game as of now?
If you have Ciaccona, her vanilla model has transparency on her sleeve.

I'm just going to leave this here before the requests even start rolling in. This is the full release version, all toggles. If it gets updated later I'll see about dropping it again.

Now I see that everyone is having this issue. Why is transparency so bad now in Wuwa? This has just been posted by another user. If you inspect closely, you see the same noisy artifacts in transparent areas. Anyone is NOT having this issue?

Is there a single mod that just gets rid of the granny underwear for all characters or a collection of mods that I can download without having to look for individual mods?

I'm pretty sure it's just the default rendering for WuWa since I've had this issue from the very beginning of the game's launch.

I could be wrong, but
if i remember correctly, its all because the use of directx11 of wwmi
that is the best it can do when directx11 render transparency

i remember in monsterhunter rise modding community, when they change into directx12 and use high resolution texture, the transparency that previously look like in the picture, become better and look like proper transparent cloth

so basically you can't do anything unless the modding tools creator decide to use directx12 to apply the mod

I was actually playing with DirectX11 OFF. I turned it ON just in case to have a look but nothing changed.

Have you tried the following:

wounded effects are off

restarting your game

deleting the mod and reinstalling it
