Hi. I noticed something really strange with Kanou Sakuras Camellya mod. That mod uses 15-20% of my GPU when on screen by itself. I suddenly had massive performance problems and that mod was the cause of it.

I tested other Camellya skins, they have none to barely any performance impact. I also tested other mods by Kanou Sakura, and at most they'd take like 3% GPU load.

Can anyone check this on their end too? Quite a bummer since its so nice.

Same case for for me, i would really recommend someone with patreon subscription to inform them about the performance loss

might be due to the amount of polygons the model has, Kanou goes into very heavy quality on their mods but this camellya one blows up the polygon amount by far, the torse alone is like 150k (300k in v1.1) and the same goes for the waist and legs combined.. so yeah. only my speculation though.

 

not sure if Kanou knows

 

edit: nvm, the polygon amount in the legs in v1.0 is over 480k and v1.1 has over 1.2m polygons from what i can see in the mod.ini's, so thats the likely subject.... if it is the model quality causing lags

Lumi is out and thers mods for her however there is texture issues... no idea how to fix yet, it may be mod conflict?
Edit: after some testing, even deleting all other mods, the texture still bugs out so it may not be any conflict?

 

Sherry has one on their patreon, its also linked on the previous page.

one is on Gamebanana https://gamebanana.com/mods/561754 however this one shows it should have a nude version but it doesn't, has no toggles either.

He only sent the mod for the effect of the first image.More switches need to be bought.

it's a problem for some because kanou's camellya mod has 4 times the polygons than their previous rover or shorekeeper, and thats the v1.0 ver, the v1.1 has 8 times more haha, both mods run fine for me too but some experience the lag due to the size of the model components in polygons most likely
