How do you change Serana's body, it doesn't work out the same for me, I really would love for Serana to have that body. . they are really great

Which body? You could check out a mod which gives Serana a custom body in Creation Kit to learn how to make the changes for yourself like this one or this one.

 There is a universal solution to your request.

With a probability of 99% you allready run RaceMenu. If you dont - you probably should.

TL:DR - you can assign specific BodySlide presets to specific races, factions or particular NPCs, its native functionality of racemenu.

Take a little time to get a hold of the tool and you'll be able to assign watevevr body you want to whoever you want. All that is required is that NPC uses your default body, to that end - use whatever "Default body for **** mod" or make one yourself by replacing meshes in NPC mod with your default ones, head excluded. To avoid issues with textures or seams - make sure that base body used by replacer of your choice have the same base. There are two main ones - CBBE (CBBE 3bb, 3BA etc) and UNP (BHUNP, UUNP. UNPB etc).

 It takes a little fiddling, but its universal and as customizable as you're willing to make it.
