problem installing mods

hi I'm desperately looking for people to help me install the mods for skyrim I've started but the mods I can't get them to run correctly

if you don't mind helping me understand please
mod organizer I have a lot of trouble understanding how it works and I still have the same problem with the animations not working

Using a search engine will yield better results than posting in entirely the wrong place on a single website.

There are videos all over YouTube on every aspect of modding Skyrim including how to use MO2.
