Crashing upon entering Whiterun

Heyo! I'm running into the issue of the game crashing every time i enter whiterun. It only started the second time i entered, but now im completely unable to get in 
Please tell me if my mods are fucking with something! And suggestions will be appreciated!
Also, I've tried a different save and I could enter, so something seems to have changed in whiterun during my playthrough.

Some of these seem to have duplicates that aren't actually present, please disregard any I missed

Post your crashlog along with the full list of mods you are running and someone will most likely help.

Game SE, AE, version, etc will help also.

figured out the issue was the lack HDT-SMP
