Kraven12 Posted May 22, 2024 Posted May 22, 2024 When CK comes out, I can just imagine the explosion of mods in the first week. And in a month for some, very unrecognizable. Come on Bethesda!!! 1

Allnarta Posted May 23, 2024 Posted May 23, 2024 CK2 seems to be very finished already as some people say, so we actually can expect it in june. 2
azmodan22 Posted May 23, 2024 Posted May 23, 2024 I don't expect it earlyer than mid July, when the next update is. If not it is going to come after the DLC so, November-December. I dont see anything happening on June 9th (Xbox Conn) other than the usual vague promises and some announcements for other games.

Tinkering Solderbro Posted May 24, 2024 Posted May 24, 2024 It's really disgusting from Bethesda, that i require the SFSE only to process the plugins.txt for some texture mods. Shame on you Bethesda, to disable plugins.txt, it serves them right if more peoply play morrowind than Starfield. These updates that broke SFSE again and again did not help at all. Unbelievable is also the 8GB sandbox the whole game running inside. Mangohud ends at 8GB memory on a PC like on console that for real have no more applied. Latest update also destroys the conjunction between textures and geometries, so buldings, haircuts, face mods are ditched into the can. 1

Tinkering Solderbro Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 Fixed through third parties, first this tool appears to make texture mods workable again https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/9234 Some texture mods got additional fix packs, so hairs can be work again. But from Bethesda no kind of solution for this handmade problem occur. Have used this https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/5684 but Andreja lost her head after Beth update, so now i also need https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/9264 to fix a new problem that did not exist earlier. Also used TGM player homes, that are destroyed and invisible. I really hope this will not continue with such pace.

Are you aware that Bethesda don't support mods for now and the modders works at their own risk? 4

Using it I managed to fix my game. I was about ready to just give up on it, I had no idea what to even search for to be honest. My game isn't even modded that much, just the VBB voluptuous body geometry and Doc's Naked Spacesuit, together with a few interface mods. Yet I had invisible actors, floating heads, people without arms. All the fixes I tried either did nothing or made things worse. In hindsight it makes sense, every single modded .Nif file needed to be updated with a new external path... just renaming the old geometry file to the new name wouldn't do much. Seriously though: 8e80bdf6c020bc22765a\9cfc9d401dba9c2dcfa1.mesh ...wtf Bethesda? Thanks again.
