Anyway to Improve Memory/Prevent Corrupt Saves?

I have somehow cobbled together a large mod list (372) on the ancient NMM. The obvious downside to this is that the game runs, but saves corrupt after 5 minutes outside in the open world/large spaces. Is there anyway to improve the memory usage so the game can run longer before a corrupt save?

Engine Fixes SSE is the only patch mod that I know of which has save related fixes.

However I suppose there's like a million ways to corrupt a save so you'd probably have to be more specific with that. How do you know it's corrupted? If all you can get out of the game is that it just freezes when loading, then ReSaver is probably your only hope. If it's crashing then get a logger.

372 isn't large at all.

Mod manager of choice shouldn't have a big impact on the game performance or stability once you launch it. It's easier or harder to get a functional game depending on the mod manager's features and your knowledge of them. And fixing problems is definitely easier in other mod managers than in NMM where your only option could be a potential uninstall and starting from scratch (instead of just disabling the mods and going on with your day).

It's very likely your game has another issue that won't be solved by adding a miracle mod or fix. Even adding more resources might not be the answer here (you'd need to measure resource usage while playing to see if there is any bottleneck or another issue related to system specifications). Even the concept of saves corrupting after 5 mins is something to consider here. How do you come to that conclusion? are you sure it's not something else? If you have no clue about the potential source of the issue you'd need to binary search for the culprit (basically trying to reproduce the issue with less mods, disabling them in groups until you can pinpoint the issue, but this is very hard to do in NMM because of how it handles mod installs and conflict resolution).
