Titty problem

Hey everyone,

First of all english isn't my first language so I apologise if I fuck up

Now, I have an issue with the way the tits of npc look, as you can see in the screenshots when clothed everything is good but when naked everything is shit. I assume it has something to do with the physics maybe but not sure I tried disabling the physics mod i use and it change nothing, same thing with reinstalling them. I'm not that experienced with modding so I might have went past the obvious

Anybody has any idea what causes this and/or how to fix it?

I use vortex and have the game on steam btw
