Only two mods?

That would mean you miss all requirements for SL Framework.

 

Or worse, you installed the wrong SL version for your Skyrim version.

thanks for reply.  i figured out skeleton wasnt being read so i loaded FNIS through mod organizer.  heres the new error

I'm not sure if you use MO correctly, you need to install everything thru MO, because it installs mods in it's own directory and not in Skyrim/data.

FNIS and Bodyslide need to be run from MO.

Generated files from FNIS and Bodyslide need to be added as a mod in MO.
